I love that it is reversible and happy it does not have a lot of little tabs that you must fold down in order to place your cupcake in , it is sturdy and fits a standard cupcake

The inserts do their job, providing great support for cupcakes. I like that the inserts come with two options; I prefer the natural brown look, but it's nice to have the option to flip it over to the white side.

The inserts are very sturdy. I ordered a 10 pack to try out and was not disappointed, had to order more. I ordered the standard and if you put on a lot of frosting like me or make high toppers then you will need the stumpy insert. While the standard does hold the cupcakes in perfectly, it is hard to pull out without getting frosting on your fingers. So hurray for the stumpy inserts that are shorter and allow you to grab the cupcake by the liner. See pics... the insert ends where the cupcake wrapper ends, hence why the stumpy would be a better option if you use a lot of frosting or high toppers. Oh and I forgot to mention the delivery was very very fast and you can't go wrong with free :-) I will certainly keep coming back.
